Majid Khan, a 7-year-old boy from Batagram, is a shining
example of hope and resilience, thanks to the efforts of the
Hajira Hamza Foundation. Born with thalassemia, Majid
faced numerous challenges from a young age, requiring
frequent blood transfusions and medical care that took a toll
on his health and spirits. His family struggled to manage the
costs and emotional strain that came with his condition.
When the Hajira Hamza Foundation learned about Majid's
situation, they stepped in to provide support. They guided his
family through the process of finding a suitable bone marrow
donor and arranged for Majid to undergo a life-saving bone
marrow transplant. With the foundation's assistance, Majid
received the transplant, and the procedure was a success.
Majid’s recovery was closely monitored by the medical team,
and with each passing day, he grew stronger. The foundation
continued to support him and his family, providing them with
the resources and encouragement needed during this
challenging time. Today, Majid is thriving, free from the
burdens of thalassemia, and able to enjoy a normal childhood
filled with play and laughter.
His story is a testament to the impact of the Hajira Hamza
Foundation, showcasing how dedicated support can
transform lives and give hope to families facing the
challenges of serious health conditions. Majid's journey inspires many, proving that with the right help, a
brighter future is possible.

Hajira Hamza Foundation proudly shares another milestone in its mission to serve humanity and move towards a Thalassemia Free Pakistan.
Haram Jadoon, an 8-year-old brave girl from Abbottabad, has been a regular registered patient of Hajira Hamza Foundation since her early childhood. Like many children suffering from thalassemia, Haram depended on frequent blood transfusions to survive—each transfusion a reminder of the lifelong struggle this disease imposes on innocent lives and their families.
With unwavering determination and the generous support of donors and well-wishers, Hajira Hamza Foundation made it possible for Haram to undergo a successful Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)—the only permanent cure for thalassemia.
✨ This transplant marks the second completely free bone marrow transplant facilitated by Hajira Hamza Foundation, a remarkable achievement and a beacon of hope for hundreds of affected families.
After a challenging journey of treatment, prayers, and perseverance, Haram has now been declared successfully transplanted. She no longer needs regular blood transfusions and can look forward to a healthy, normal childhood—going to school, playing with friends, and dreaming without limitations.
Haram’s success is not just a medical victory; it is a testament to compassion, collaboration, and commitment. It reflects what is possible when an organization, donors, medical professionals, and society come together for a noble cause.
Hajira Hamza Foundation remains steadfast in its resolve to continue saving lives, spreading awareness, and working tirelessly until no child suffers from thalassemia.
Together, we don’t just make promises — we fulfill them.
Because every child deserves a healthy future.
